I work with women and men seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress management, overwhelm, and the emotional pressure of trying to keep everything together. I also work with people who may look capable and put-together on the outside while feeling anxious, exhausted, sad, disconnected, or unsure of themselves inside. Some identify as high-achieving; others are coping with impostor syndrome, perfectionism, self-doubt, or the feeling that they have not lived up to their potential.
How I can help
- Understand the pressure to perform, succeed, or live up to others’ expectations.
- Work through impostor syndrome, perfectionism, self-doubt, and fear of falling short.
- Explore what it has meant to be labeled gifted, talented, high-potential, or “the one who should succeed.”
- Make space for the person underneath the accomplishments—and clarify what you actually want next.
- Develop healthier ways to manage stress, overwhelm, pressure, and burnout.
My approach
My work is warm, supportive, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. We can look for deeper understanding while also focusing on meaningful, practical change.
